• 7.5% Interest Only Fixed
• 3 Yr Balloon with a possible additional 3 Yrs. (2 Points to Extend the extra 3 Yrs. / Must be done at 1st closing)
• Closing Cost can be financed into the loan (Must appraise)
• No Pre-Payment Penalty
• Interest Reserve NO Payments During Construction (If paid buy builder)
• No Minimum Credit Scores (Good Pay History Required)
• No Limit on Properties Owned or on Credit Report
• Not reported to Credit Bureaus (Unless Default or Requested)
