Every 90 days you may switch to a different currency or stay with the same currency depending on what works best for you! This is a 30 year amortized loan.

Australian $ (AUD), Canadian $ (CAD), Swiss Francs (CHF), the Euro, Sterling (GBP), Hong Kong Dollar ((HKD), New Zealand Dollar (NZD), U.S. Dollar, Yen (JPY) and Singapore Dollar, (SGD). The JPY and the SGD are only available if you derive income or own property in those currencies.

We lend on completed properties that are used for investment/rentals as well as refinancing. Primary residences are not allowed to be financed; however they can be used for equity requirements.
